“Always great customer service! As soon as you walk in the door, they ask if you need help with anything. It can get overwhelming walking in a hardware store if you're not as handy. So being giving directions to the items, are super helpful. Have a great variety of items needed!”

“I felt like I had to write a review. I need a small section of door trim. Less that 8ft. Alex from the sales department went out of his way to help me. He found the exact molding that matches all the molding in my house by using a previous piece of molding from a previous job done at my house. Unfortunately, it was going to be way too expensive to source one piece, only. So, he found another piece that they had in stock that is very similar. It was awesome that he did that for me. I haven't checked out the piece they have in stock. I will be. I haven't shopped a Bliffert Lumber before, but I definitely will be. Thanks Alex!”

Update 19 June 2025: had another great experience here. The cover for the outdoor conduit outlet body that feeds electrical to my garage has been missing for years. While I couldn't just buy the cover, Stavros helped find and measure a product to ensure proper fit before I ventured out to the store. I am so grateful for this, and the part fit perfectly. He also helped me with another matter, excellent service, and so kind. A couple others helped along the way and were equally kind. I know it's customer service, but it truly felt genuine and I really appreciated that.”
“I delivered 5 skids of siding here today 06/19 my load shifted and I could not open my conestoga trailer as the skid was lodged against the tarp your associate Cole was great to work with while we hand bombed 2.5 skids roughly 30-40 boxes of siding in 85-90 deg F.
Just want to say thank you to Cole and highlight his great attitude even in a less than optimal situation.”
“Zach/Zack in hardware helped me find what I was looking for, and gave me more details about what I needed to get for my project. This is the Home Depot I always go to, but this was the first day that anyone has ever approached me to see if I needed help finding things/figuring out what was appropriate to get for the job. I’ve always sought workers out, but he approached me right away, probably knowing that I was just trying to figure things out on my own.

“Trust me I have NEVER gushed about a big box home improvement place until now. I think there might be a new manager because I heard this woman making sure that all of the associates were greeting all of the guests. Fantastic! They are well staffed and if you ask where to find something you get an immediate response and sometimes they will take you to the aisle to find the product. Years ago this location was a ghost town and you had to hunt down people - now they are available in almost every location. They had an awesome sale on mulch so I needed 50 bags purchased over two trips. Each time a nice kid would help me load the truck because it is back breaking to lift those bags. Today I drove my heavy cart down the wrong aisle and had to load my car from the cart that was hanging in the other row. An associate saw me struggling, pulled my cart over the curb and again helped me load my car! Kudos to HD for a great improvement experience. Also next time you are there notice that each area of the store has a different vibe. People doing home improvements aren't as happy as the people shopping the garden aisle!”

“I went to Tri-state to get a hydraulic hose and coupler. They replaced my hose attached the coupler and gave me a cup of coffee all in under 10 mins. All that at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for any and all of you hydraulic equipment needs. Will be doing business with them for now on out.”
