“This is a must visit for any old home owner. Just had my first visit here for a plumbing issue in my 1925 home. I live across town and moving forward I will happily go out of my way to shop here every time I need to visit the hardware store. This is exactly how I remember the hardware store shopping experience growing up, with personal help and thorough explanations. I also expected to pay a markup for a local specialty shop, and was happy to do so, but the total came out far lower than any big box store would have for the same, if not higher quality items, and a better customer experience.”

Paint, cleaning products, llightbulbs, bird seed, key copies, even snow blowers.The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. “I ordered online an otr microwave. Received a text that they did not have it in stock and will get a refund. I never got a confirmation on my refund so I went to the store. Talked to 2 employees and they couldn't seem to help me out so one of the staff grabbed Cody. Cody took me to the microwave section look into the microwave and helped me select another microwave in stock. Took me to the front and and checked me out. And I just paid for the difference. That was an excellent customer service by Cody.”

“I needed a washing machine drain house today in the middle of doing laundry and knew this place was right around the corner. The guy that helped me (long hair and nose ring) was incredibly helpful. I got everything I needed and was in and out super quick. It was my first time there and I was surprised by how much stuff they had in stock. It was definitely worth not having to go all the way to Menards on short notice or wait on shipping while in a pinch. 10 out of 10 experience, will go again.”
