“Had a wonderful sales associate at Kohls on Loomis Road Milwaukee. She helped access my digital coupon and assured me of the process. She was excellent!
Unfortunately the men’s department (casual items like Sonoma and apartment 9) was really tight. I don’t know how a person with a mobility or sight challenge could maneuver the department. Of I used a wheel chair, it would be impossible. How is this ADA compliant? There are too many racks and shelves on the selling floor.
Sadly the gold toe socks hang nicely on the wall but were not organized. So finding my second package was challenging. The 40% coupon was a bonus.
So this is a mixed review and could easily be improved upon.”
“I would like to say that a worker called Ayesha she is amazing she was kind and was sweet she has very good customer service and helped me understand what i should be buying and what the meanings of the discounts were she mostly help me understand the misunderstanding of the buy one get one free as i saw a shirt that i saw in a different section she helped me understand and apologized for the mistake she is very kind and sweet best cashier i have ever met she wasn’t rude she wasn’t disrespectful”

I also bought the best postcards, and when I found out there aren’t any postboxes in the concourses, Jordan graciously took them to mail them from her home. I love snagging goodies from the kiosk whenever we come to town. She made this time super special. Big ?”
“My last experience with Macy's was great. I bought a sport coat by a designer and it looks and fits great. It was also 60% off the original price. When I got it the sc was as good as advertised but now it was $30 less. I called Macy's and they reduced the price for me. Awesome. No return just a adjustment. Macy's can be a little pricey but if shop sales you can find great deals. This was one.”
“I love all Burlington stores they have very good clothing at a reasonable price and I am in love with the home decoration stores always clean especially the one on Greenfield avenue very friendly staff I wish they had bathrooms open to the public because I feel like if you're shopping in their establishment people should be able to use the bathroom if needed”
