For my A4 they were able to fix the caliper rather than just take the easy route to charge me for a new one. Saved me over $200. Brakes feel great and prices were very reasonable! Highly Recommend”

“Using Baychar was a great experience. I have taken my car to them a few times and all repairs were completed at a fair price. The latest time I took my car in I had to decide if I wanted to go ahead with the repair or salvage the car. They gave me time to think about it and didn't pressure me into a repair when the cost wasn't worth it. They went above and beyond to connect me with a salvage yard and also took pictures for me so I could obtain a temporary tag so I could transfer my plates to a new car. They didn't have to do that but went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I definitely recommend Baychar.”

“I had a Left rear tire losing air. I found Monro open on Memorial Day and made an appointment for 3 pm and was taken in right on schedule even though they were very busy.
My tire had a side wall tear and tires had to be ordered. I was told the tires would be there the following day around 1 PM and they were.

“Let me paint you a picture it’s 100degrees outside the state is under a heat advisory and you just got off a 12hr shift at work your cars belt broke and you live an hour away. The first place I called is “The Quiet Zone” and let me tell you what I didn’t think I was getting an appointment today let alone being fit in a booked schedule. They got me in for me going and in a price range that was more than acceptable. As a technician for 12 years to hear them say that they are going to inspect all the pulleys and bearings even though I just asked them to unplug the compressor well that says miles as for what kind of shop is run here. Above and beyond my expectations and honestly I will be making the trip to have my car serviced here Tony is a stand up guy who is training his technicians with stand up morals HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”
“I don't buy tires but every few years but every time I come here their people and service is exceptional! They always do an excellent job, lugs are always torqued properly and they will include a re-torque reminder where some other shops will over torque with no re-torque reminder. They also do a great job fixing flats and are accommodating when no appointment is made.”
