“I stopped in here hoping to find a new pair of work shoes after starting a part time job where I’m standing and walking on concrete for 9 hours straight. After the first shift, my feet were screaming that they needed help! I have had achy feet before, but not pain to this level. I knew this was the one. Jack informed me of the 30 day trial period (unheard of for shoes) and told me to keep coming back until we got it right.I am happy to report I have not had to go back, as the pair I left with has been fabulous. This is all thanks to Jack’s attentive and knowledgeable service. The assistance Jack provided is unmatched in all my life. I never realized retail service could be so outstanding.
