“I've bought "trail" shoes, hikers, and slippers from here and have no desire to buy elsewhere. The selection AND the customer service is beyond excellent.I recently had a strap break on my hiking boots. I bought them almost a year ago and only got 5 hikes out of them. I went in only hoping they'd help me out with a warranty claim to Keen, but they said they would exchange them for me through Keen. That level of service is hard to beat and is GREATLY appreciated.”

I told them what I wanted and they found exactly what I was looking for. “I leve 5 stars because i like this type of clouth, but my question or u can a sume complaint is why looks used wear a main i brout this brand New neve used and looks opaque black color is my second one this one is with a vertical flag on back and my other one just said big freedom Letters agreed or comment if u feel me beacuse this ones not cheap retail or tag price is 60 rounder + tax oviously i not paíd that they show 20 % off but any ways 50 tax with in its no far for a poor quality”

“We were killing time near Johnson Creek and decided to check out the outlets.My youngest has been on the hunt for lined Crocs, so we were excited when we saw they had a Crocs outlet.The selection at the Crocs Outlet is outstanding. They have all colors and varieties. The prices were roughy $5 less per pair than you'd pay elsewhere. That said, they did also have a buy two get two free deal going on when were there as well. (we were just wanting 1 pair, so we saved about $5 than normal retail prices)They also had all sorts of charms to personalize your crocs.While they did have a myriad of colors and styles (including plenty of my son's desired lined Crocs), their selections of sizes in any given color was extremely limited. We asked and they said they were pretty much a what you see is what you get shop (ie: no big stores of sock in back). We found a few different colors that my son would have liked but ended up having to opt for basic black because we couldn't find his size in other colors. That said, I couldn't find his size in the other colors online either--so maybe a bit of a shortage overall?The service was friendly and efficient.All in all a solid experience and we left with a pair in hand!”
