“My truck broke down this morning on 16 in rush hour Pewaukee traffic. Ray arrived within 30 minutes of my call and got my truck back home for me. He was safe, fast, and efficient, and quite affordable compared to everyone else in Oconomowoc! Plus Ray is great to deal with, and makes an otherwise crummy situation a little less crummy. “Mike S. took care of my vehicle and was up front and transparent about everything my vehicle needed. Great service work. They also offered a courtesy vehicle while my car was getting work done, which was appreciated but not needed. My only gripe (not a big deal due to my vehicle being done slightly earlier than expected) is that I had to call to get updates on my vehicle. I'm not sure if there is a texting feature for status updates for vehicles. Overall, great work! I'll be back for sure.”
