“My car has been to Caliber twice due to accidents (no fault of my own) and both times they have been fantastic. Everyone from the front desk to Don, the person handling my repair, was great and very friendly. I was kept up to date on everything by Don and always knew what was going on during my repair. I recommend Caliber to anyone in need of a repair.”

“On July 4th, of all times, my truck decided to completely die on the off ramp of the freeway, while towing my boat to the lake. Weber showed up very quickly, already knew they needed 2 trucks for my truck and boat, and made a great recommendation to a local shop for repair as well. Outstanding service, on a holiday, and very nicely done! Kudos to your crew!!”

“I completely trust Caliber Collision with my vehicle. The quality of the repair exceeded my expectations—I honestly can’t tell my car was ever damaged. It looks like it came straight from the factory. The entire team was professional, kept me informed throughout the process, and provided outstanding customer service. This was by far the best repair experience I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. Thank you for the amazing work!”

“I just used Gessler’s today for the first time ever. My cars engine blew while driving on my way to work in the afternoon. Kyle answered the phone very quickly, and was able to get to me in less than an hour. He was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to and was the one who drove the truck and picked me up on the side of the road. We had a great conversation on the way to the dealership where I get my car fixed as well. Very reasonably priced also. AND as a small female who was alone I was not once uncomfortable or felt unsafe which I feel is very important for women to know when dealing with strangers. Thank you so much Kyle-if I ever need a tow again I will definitely be calling Gesslers.”

“I was really worried when my car broke down and needed to be towed. This company definitely eased my anxiety! They were super responsive and quick. We met at my car within 20 minutes (on the dot). They were very kind and once my car was towed to the right spot they checked out my car and suggested what was going on with it. The payment was not bad either, it was 84$ for about 10 miles or 20 minutes. The other places were going to charge almost twice as much. So this company was super helpful when I definitely needed it.”

“We had bought a 14 Passat from a small lot, the day after we bought it we started getting warning light. There was nothing In the computer at the time of test drive. We had taken it to another shop which did 1 test and said it needed a new engine. We brought it to Silver lake N.B. they did a full inspection and sent it to us WITH pictures and also recomended engine replacement. We decided to go ahead and do the new engine with silver lake. They kept me up on everything that was going on and we're able to get it in and done FAST! Needless to say we are very pleased with the service and YES HIGHLY RECOMED!!”

“Wednesday 10/23, approximately 1630, my water pump decided it was done with life. Calling around shops to get a quote and when it could be gotten to was none and far between. Brant, on the phones was calling around looking for parts as well as recommending a Tow Company, took care of finding parts and great Tow service, after he should have been gone for a morning fix. When I arrived after hours, John, met me in the parking lot asking if I need a ride or anything for the night, I asked about an out side plug for electricity to cook and heat my truck since I could run APU or engine, he ran a couple extension cords outside for me to use. On his way out for the night, he tossed me a set of keys to what I assumed was shop running around truck said here, use it for whatever you need. Not any shops I know of that do anything like this anymore. Jim, the mechanic, showed up around 7 just like promised and ready to tackle the job he was quick over checking to make sure EVERYTHING was right and tight. Fast and friendly service from all the guys I spoke to. I'd give 10 stars if Google would let me. I'll definitely keep their number in my back pocket for if I'm in the area or just get towed to the area. It's definitely worth the look at this gem!!!”
