“Our car rolled off the side of our very slanted driveway and was sitting up against an electric pole in Waukesha. We didn’t want to damage the car by trying to move it ourselves, so we called for a winching service. They wanted to assess the situation before they gave me an estimate.
I don’t remember the name of the person who came but he basically helped me move the car safely by giving me instructions. Didn’t charge me a penny.
Lately I have been dealing with different situations where people would take as much money as possible. It’s as if their soul has been sucked by corporate greed and it doesn’t bother them even a little bit before screwing the customers out of their money. When this person treated me today as a human in need and helped me without asking for anything in return, I felt so grateful. Sometimes kindness comes from places and people you’d least expect and I hope God multiplies and returns him this kindness I experienced today.
I would recommend their service to everyone. Of course, they won’t do it for free but I am confident that they will treat you and provide the service as best as they can.”
“I just used Gessler’s today for the first time ever. My cars engine blew while driving on my way to work in the afternoon. Kyle answered the phone very quickly, and was able to get to me in less than an hour. He was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to and was the one who drove the truck and picked me up on the side of the road. We had a great conversation on the way to the dealership where I get my car fixed as well. Very reasonably priced also. AND as a small female who was alone I was not once uncomfortable or felt unsafe which I feel is very important for women to know when dealing with strangers. “Wednesday 10/23, approximately 1630, my water pump decided it was done with life. Calling around shops to get a quote and when it could be gotten to was none and far between. Brant, on the phones was calling around looking for parts as well as recommending a Tow Company, took care of finding parts and great Tow service, after he should have been gone for a morning fix. When I arrived after hours, John, met me in the parking lot asking if I need a ride or anything for the night, I asked about an out side plug for electricity to cook and heat my truck since I could run APU or engine, he ran a couple extension cords outside for me to use. On his way out for the night, he tossed me a set of keys to what I assumed was shop running around truck said here, use it for whatever you need. Not any shops I know of that do anything like this anymore. Jim, the mechanic, showed up around 7 just like promised and ready to tackle the job he was quick over checking to make sure EVERYTHING was right and tight. Fast and friendly service from all the guys I spoke to. I'd give 10 stars if Google would let me. I'll definitely keep their number in my back pocket for if I'm in the area or just get towed to the area. It's definitely worth the look at this gem!!!”

“I was really worried when my car broke down and needed to be towed. This company definitely eased my anxiety! They were super responsive and quick. We met at my car within 20 minutes (on the dot). They were very kind and once my car was towed to the right spot they checked out my car and suggested what was going on with it. The payment was not bad either, it was 84$ for about 10 miles or 20 minutes. The other places were going to charge almost twice as much. So this company was super helpful when I definitely needed it.”
