“Good experience for a stay at the last minute, convention location from the highway and other businesses. Everything was clean and in good shape. Only negative thing I can say is the the road noise near our room was pretty loud but not much can be done about that. Overall it was a good experience”

“With a full east (NH) to west (OR) and back home west to east drive over 2 weeks, all the motels are a blur. This one stands out. It was perfectly fine for my return. But going westbound on the start of trip got a third floor, odd number room facing the highway the noise was unbearably loud. I checked twice to make sure the window was not open. Worst night of sleep on the trip. Knowing that, on the return I got a room opposite the highway side and it was fine. Full disclosure, I don't like AC on when I'm sleeping. That might have helped with the highway noise.

Also, somehow I was double-billed for my stay. I let them know on Friday and my credit card was credited on the following Thursday. So they are good people and a perfectly fine place to stay. Lots of options for food or shopping within walking distance.

If / when I do another epic road trip, I would stay there again (but not on the 3rd floor, odd number room). FWIW, in the future I'd rather take another day to use slower, scenic more pleasant route than the I-90 La Crosse, WI <--> Elyria, OH. Not horrible but not as fun as all the other legs. Heavy traffic (although no stop-and-go) , crazy drivers and not at all scenic or pleasant. It was the same both going and coming.”

“Staff is amazing! Rooms are nice! Loved being able to walk to the market as well as several restaurants less than a 5 minute walk away!

Rooms: I love that the rooms have a kitchenette with full size fridge!

Nearby activities: A nearby paved trail with beautiful green and flowery foliage makes for a nice easy 10 minute walk to the Mississippi River and an amazing park! Where you can take a fairy boat ride!

Walkability: The local market Plaza is 3-5 away and sits on the same complex, There are several restaurants, Spas businesses on this plaza!

Food & drinks: Italian,Chinese, coffee shops,the market houses a liquor store . Hotel offers free coffee and fresh fruit.

Noteworthy details: This hotel is in a great location ! And it offers "free laundry facilities "”

“Great experience. Stayed overnight last night. Checked in through hotels.com. no problem Checking in or out. Room was clean. The hot tub, i thought had a weird color to it, so we didn't go in”

“We stayed at the Radisson Hotel La Crosse for a group event in July of 2023 for four nights. Our experience was absolutely wonderful and the hotel staff made our event a complete success. The location is great, within easy walking distance of many downtown restaurants and attractions, and it has a wonderful view of the waterfront park and river. The in-house restaurant, Three Rivers Restaurant and Bar, is stylishly designed, has a lovely river view, and the bar is full service with a very graceful yet comfortable feel.Our contact with the hotel for our group, Krista, was incredible! She went out of her way to send us information about local attractions and scenic routes which she thought might interest our car group. When we received our breakfast vouchers for the restaurant at check-in, we noticed she even imported the logo for our organization, Overdrive Adventures, and used that graphic on the top of the voucher! We were totally blown away at the attention to detail, and they even included our event logo on their digital display welcome/information boards.I can not stress enough how we felt that they genuinely wanted us to be comfortable and welcomed. When we needed space to informally gather our group, they helped us find space that worked. When we told them we were a car group, Krista made sure a car wash station was set up for us. They even designated a section of the parking area specifically for us. For car people, these little extras mean so very much. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone, but especially for car clubs and groups. You can't go wrong here!As far as our room goes, we had a city view room on the fifth floor which we loved because it let us see our cars. The king size bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. Everything about the room was well layed out and clean. Plenty of towels, plenty of space, plenty of light, and the air conditioning worked well without being noisy (and it was particularly hot the week we were in town, so good AC was a big deal). If I had to complain about anything (and I'm having to work to find anything to gripe about!) it was that the mini-fridge was not super cold and not designed to keep anything other than bottles or cans in. Frankly, it's not that big of a deal. In the overall picture, it's hardly worth even mentioning.I would definitely return whether it was for a group event or just for a nice vacation. A lovely location and a lovely experience.”

“Room was spacious and clean. Well stocked with towels. Bed was firm, but comfortable and pillows were great.I booked late so was in a pool facing room, but people and noise stopped at quiet time. Had a drink and appetizer at the bar. Staff was polite and efficient. Yes, the hotel is aged a bit, but everything seemed in working order with no mildew or musty smells. Would definitely stay here again.”

Since I was here during Thanksgiving my road family and I were able to have a comfortable time to relax and fellowship. It helped missing being at home during the holidays.”
