“This was a pleasantly affordable, clean hotel! We just stopped for one night, and the room was great, continental breakfast was great, and the people were kind. I feel like it’s rare to see good costumer service nowadays and Mai at the front desk was very sweet and energetic. It was a great stay!”

“Truly a 5 star stay. This hotel is absolutely beautiful with an amazing attention to detail. The bed was super comfortable, and bathroom was amazing with high end finishes!
Service was phenomenal- from valet, to front desk to housekeeping and food and beverage!
The room was spotless, and the location is perfect for walking along the river or wandering around downtown.
This hotel is truly a gem!!”

“Have stayed here a few times and experience is always fabulous. The attached restaurant and nearby Tavern are great for having a cocktail and relaxing for a bit.
The cleanliness of the hotel is second to none! The staff is always polite and helpful! A great go-to place when you're in town!!”

“It was a really nice hotel! The room was very nice and super clean! It was a nice quiet stay! Being that I'm an IHG affiliate, I got an amazing deal. We got the 1 bedroom King Suite which had a kitchen, a living room with a sofa sleeper and the king size bedroom! If I'm in the area again, I will definitely book here!”
“Great location. Staff were hit and miss. Bathroom renovation looks amazing. Smells a little on the floors. View on the river was incredible especially when it snowed.”

“Stayed here at the beginning of our cross country trip. Convenient, clean hotel. Rooms dated but comfortable. Price average for expectations. Complimentary breakfast average and appreciated.”

“Everything was great. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downfall was we went to eat breakfast and there was waffle batter to make waffles which I didn't know and the milk they had in a pitcher was lukewarm. Other than breakfast this place was awesome”

“Very impressed! Beautiful, clean room, great river view. Had dinner on the riverside patio, delicious food. We didn't use the pool area but it looked great. And the price was reasonable! Nice clean breakfast area. Would definitely recommend 👌”

“Fred the manager/front desk attendant was very hospitable, professional, and accommodating. He managed and assisted the hotel in every aspect beyond his job description. The beds are incredibly comfortable in their clean rooms.”
