“This gentleman went above and beyond. He was fully engaged with the customer ahead of me, offering polite, thoughtful advice and making sure they left happy. The moment it was my turn, he grabbed exactly what I needed in seconds and stayed ready to help with anything—sizes, questions, whatever. He multitasked effortlessly while still keeping the atmosphere friendly and relaxed.

I’m not someone who enjoys shopping, but he made the whole experience smooth and stress‑free. Easy 5/5 stars.

“I was impressed by the customer service that I recieved and didn't even realize I was going to appreciate. The lady helping me, Cindi, I believe her name was, had incredibly patient and calm assistance. I was going for a quick in and out, but she listened well and even opened my eyes to options I would not have noticed by myself. From a past visit to the store I thought I knew what I would be purchasing, but with her help tried on a variety of boots and she was able to show me good boots for Line Dancing. The choice I almost made would not have been in my best interest. With her help and patience I not only left satisfied with my choice, I even learned a few things plus she signed me up as a rewards customer and I recieved a discount plus earned points for a future cash back on my next visit. Very Satified!

The store is also neat, clean, and had tons of items that I can't wait to browse in a future visit.

“I wish we had gotten the employees name that helped us, he had dark hair glasses and a beard, he was the nicest and most helpful person I have ever help me with shoes, from the time I walked in today he noticed how I step and knew exactly what kind of problems I was having with my knees and back and hips, he really knew alot about what I needed to help each of my concerns, I was very impressed with his knowledge of shoes, I've never been able to find shoes to feel comfortable for both my fading knees and my feet but boy did he find me just what I needed, I am so happy we stopped there, would definitely go back, he was so nice and respectful and helpful.”
