Bergey Jewelry is a small business with a nice lady working in a store who greeted with a gentle little dog. The service is spectacular; the store is able to do a resized watch band and a new battery and fixing an old Pulsar watch with a new band in about 10 minutes for a great price. The store communicated the cost when it was over $50 and said the final price was just over $50. Supporting small business definitely will go back when the nice answered jewelry questions and the great job.
Very patient and helpful. I wanted an heirloom piece to give grandma with all the birthstones and she helped me find exactly what I wanted. And the turn around for production was quick and in time for Xmas. Oh and Lilah the “guard dog” is cute.
