“I do not typically write online reviews, but because online reviews led me to TQ Diamonds, I thought I would share my (very positive) experience. My husband and I are approaching our 25th anniversary in a few months but I have not worn my ring for some time. The setting needed repair and we had wanted to upgrade to a larger diamond for many years, but had been told we were pretty limited because of the setting. Based on all the great reviews I read online, I decided to try TQ Diamonds and see if they had any solutions for me - and I'm very glad I did! Kelsi was wonderful to work with. She was very good at explaining everything and offered excellent advice. They were able to upgrade my diamond more than we thought we could and we are soooo happy with it! I really didn't know what I wanted but Kelsi was an excellent guide and talked me through everything. Thrilled with my beautiful "new" ring and highly recommend Kelsi and TQ Diamonds!”

“I stopped in to have the band on my watch adjusted....I left the watch as the work could not be done right away....I came back later to pick-up the watch and had my American Family Championship shirt and ID badge on because I was headed to University Ridge as a volunteer for the event....the watch fit perfectly and I asked what I owed for the service....the woman (Kristi I believe and the DIL of Jerry Hermanson the owner and Mark Hermanson's wife) said twelve dollars....I was preparing to pay and Kristi asked if I was volunteering for the AmFam Tournament, which I stated I was...she replied that because I was volunteering for such a wonderful event, that the service was on them....I was flabbergasted and disagreed, but she insisted....great service and a wonderful gesture on her part....THANK YOU SO MUCH!”
