“My car became undriveable while visiting Madison for the weekend. I dropped it off at Budd's Sunday morning, they did tests Monday afternoon, and had it fixed first thing Tuesday morning so I could drive it home for Thanksgiving. I know nothing about how much car repairs should cost but my dad says it was definitely fair, 10/10 recommend :)”

When I dropped my car off I asked to be called when my car was ready. My husband received the call instead of me and this keeps happening. I was told that his phone # was listed first. I have told them in the past that it’s my car and I want the call.”

“Pomp's Tire Service Monona. Justin was friendly and efficient at check in. Harvey was my technician. He was smooth and worked quickly. He serviced the tires, rebalanced them, and swapped the summer tires for the winter tires. He made sure of correct inflation and torqued all the lugnuts. Checkout went quickly, and a fair price. Thank you to Justin and Harvey for a good job. Thank you to Darren for checking on me also to make sure everything went well. This shop was extremely busy during this time but had an appointment that would work for me.”

Joe was able to fit my truck in at 1 pm, and by 4 pm he had fixed it, test driven it, and I was on my way.
