“I was passing through town on a Sunday afternoon when my truck started overheating and I thought my weekend was pretty much shot. I called several shops and towing companies and either got voicemail or no answer at all. Tony's Auto Repair & Towing was the only place that actually picked up the phone. The tech answered (I wish I could remember his name but this happened a while ago and it just occurred to me that I didn't leave a review), listened to what was going on, and got someone out to help me much faster than I expected.
Turned out a radiator hose had failed and dumped most of my coolant. He was straightforward about the issue, got the truck repaired, and had me back on the road the same day. I appreciated that nobody tried to sell me a bunch of extra work while I was stuck in a bad situation. If you're traveling through the area and run into car trouble, these are the people I'd call.”
“Had my 2021 Cadillac CT5-V serviced for a transmission drain and fill and filter replacement and Tom was excellent and accepted my own parts without a problem whereas most other service shops around the area would not.
Highly recommend this shop and will be returning in the future!”

“First off- I need to give a huge shout out to whoever ended up helping me today. The staff was incredible. I was traveling to Milwaukee from the dells and realized that my tire was struggling to hold air. I had 2 kids with me including my 3yo. I was stressed and panicking because I wasnt familiar with the area and didnt know where to go.I started calling around places and found them. I was a previous customer at Milwaukee locations. They were so kind. They told me to come through and see what could be done. My sales person was so incredible. He knew I was traveling with kids and went above and beyond. He said give him 1.5 hours- they got it done in 45 min. All the other places were saying 4 hours. Not only were they fast- they didnt try and price gouge me. I told him my budget and he was able to get the repairs done within that..
I cannot thank the staff enough. Especially the team member who helped me specifically. Im sorry I didnt get his name. But if he sees this- I hope he knows that I will never forget the way he treated me. Thank you.

“One of the few places that can service a Smart ForTwo! Brought my car in after it overheated. Somehow, there weren't any issues after the toe - but, as part of the cooling inspection, they checked everything. Spent the better part of the day testing every component of the cooling system. A disreputable mechanic would have made something up to get money back for the time - not here. Honest and dependable service.”

“Straight forward approach with honesty in regards to extending the life of my car as long as I can. As someone who only drives a 2500-3000 miles a year, I only do one oil change annually. I came in with the intention of doing an oil change and addressing my concern with a rattle/squealing in the front end which turned out to be a bad water pump. After a simple explanation of what the end game could be if I didn't take care of it, my decision to replace was that much easier. My car sounds and runs good as now, I just have to take the advice and drive it just a little bit more. Dutch's is definitely my new shop, and especially since it's only a few miles from home.”

DAVE. Made sure I made it to dealership with my trailer, and got me a slot days ahead of schedule to start the replacement with a used transmission installed 8 days later.
Received free rental Sienna, and Dave kept me updated with repairs and costs with pictures.
Definitely a seasoned mechanic that made a difference in our trip, otherwise that van would have been a loss.

“So far so good: Spacious waiting area, EXTREMELY polite and friendly front-desk(one of the politest I have encountered in my whole life), and swift work (the actual work takes about 35 minutes only). They spotted out concerning but visually invisible misalignment on my car, and it did give me a butter-smooth feeling under high speed, after my front toes got corrected.
The lifetime alignment is a great deal. With all sorts of coupons combined, I got it under $200.
Please be aware that they have a lot of customers (probably due to the popularity of their lifetime alignment deals), so you will need to schedule an appointment at least 2 days ahead.”
