“I love this place. I started at their Waupun branch when I was still in the area, and they've always been incredibly helpful. I have lived in the Green Bay area now for going on 5 years, with the closest branch being Oshkosh. Over these 5 years the staff has helped me with a personal loan, multiple address changes, fraud protection, account updates and so much more. They ALWAYS call you back when they say they will, even if it's to let you know they're still looking into your issue. 10/10. I definitely reccomend them to everyone.”

Specifically the branch manager in Oshkosh was un helpful and borderline malicious. Making comments about wanting a car like mine while charging unnecessary fees and sending repossession letters. So only 3.5 stars.”

Okay - so they sponsor the Vikings new stadium and I am a Packers fan - but this Bank is every where I visit in the United States. Highly Recommended !!!”
