Community First Credit Union is a financial institution that has received mixed reviews from its customers. While some customers have had positive experiences, others have encountered issues, particularly with the bank's home loan services. On the positive side, one customer praised a bank representative named "Mac" for their excellent customer service and support during a difficult time. The customer described Mac as "wonderful," "knowledgeable," and "down to earth," making the process of closing accounts after a family member's passing much smoother. However, other customers have had less satisfactory experiences. One customer reported waiting longer than normal for an appointment and then being assisted by an "older guy" who was "not nice" and "didn't help us at all." The customer also mentioned that the bank's advertised home loan rates were worse than expected, and they ultimately found a better lender elsewhere. Despite these concerns, one customer expressed overall satisfaction with the bank, stating that they have "always had good experience here" and that the bank has "good customer service" with "positive attitudes." The customer also noted that the bank is efficient, with customers typically getting in and out in under 20 minutes. Overall, Community First Credit Union seems to provide a mixed bag of experiences for its customers, with both positive and negative reviews regarding the bank's services and customer service.
