MJ’s customer care is truly top tier. While waiting, I observed how thoughtfully and genuinely she treated every customer she interacted with. One moment that especially moved me was when MJ stepped away, professionally excused herself, and brought a chair closer to the door for an elderly customer she knew by name. It was such a small gesture, yet incredibly meaningful and beautiful to witness.
MJ was outstanding, and the gentleman assisting customers alongside her was equally impressive. Despite it being a busy Saturday morning with a 20-minute wait, he warmly welcomed each customer and clearly communicated the wait time. Neither of them ever appeared overwhelmed. Instead, they stayed fully present and focused on the customer in front of them.

“I visited this store with my 80 yr old father to upgrade his 3G flip phone. We spoke to two reps, Alexander (Day 1) and Jessica (Day 2). They were both phenomenally helpful and patient. Jessica not only investigated his account to maximize service and minimize cost, she also laughed at his terrible jokes and reassured him that if he had any trouble with the new technology, all he had to do was come back to the store and she would help him. Jessica let us try out various cases and did as much setup as she could in the store, all courteously and patiently and, best of all, adjusted volume for my hard of hearing dad. Highly recommend this store, particularly if you're supporting your folks or grandfolks.”

Alex assisted with every question we had, made sure everything was transferred over to our new phones, and offered to guide us through the phones if we had things we didn't understand. Alex was great, highly recommend. Our bill came and I had questions, Alex wasn't available so I spoke with Addison. Addison was amazing! He told me what would change with my bill, when it would change and that he would follow up when the changes were made. He was a man of his word and he followed up!
