Now that T-Mobile took over, they don't want to help you with any problem you have with your phone, they say you have to call the company and fix it yourself. US cellular always helped me at the building in Oshkosh, I don't know a lot about computer phones

When theyerged with T-Mobile I don't think they are as customer friendly. I also find the manager a micro manager. Since merging with T-Mobile you now have to check in, before you would sit and wait for a person to be free.

Wow!! Great customer service. Sales Consultant Kiante was wonderful. Greeted me right away and helped me to adjust my phone plan in order to save money and actually pay for what i only needed. Definitely an asset to this store.
