“If I was rating the phone company and their service it would be a lot lower. I'm not sure what's going on with there service these days. To spotty were we live now, can't get my account right. Because of that I have to drive 40 mins each time to get verified to do anything. Anyways, just worked with Mr Eferan R. Great guy, very helpful, polite and informative to get everything accomplished this trip to town. Talked with customer service on the phone for me and was able to get my transfer pin without a headache for once. Thank you sir!”
“I came into the Co KK store to see if my Group Messages could be fixed. I've had my phone since 2018, I'm a loyal customer since 1980s. I had been waiting to upgrade my phone but couldn't afford one until now. The phone I bought was half off, perfect timing with my birthday in 4 days. They (Cooper and Doug) did not pressure me, at all, helped me purchase everything I needed for my phone and set me up transferring everything from my old phone to the new and did not lose any of my data. I will continue to be a loyal customer and patronize this store again. Best customer service and experience!”

“This is the best Verizon store, I’d recommend going out of your way to come to this location. I’ve had to come in 4 or 5 times to add phones, change plans, or make adjustments for our business account and I’ve been blown away by the level of service and kindness every time.
The manager, Andrew, is an absolute rockstar. He takes time to really make sure we are getting the most out of our service (from a feature and cost perspective) and goes above and beyond to find ways to make us feel like we matter as a customer. I’ve watched how he trains his team and you can tell he truly cares about his store and team.

I've been with US Cellular since I was ????... maybe 20 (couple decades ago) I still would rather have landlines and then voice recorder. Keep it simple. I finally went to the Menasha store (almost in tears), since I couldn't get any assistance online or over the phone, and I had Jennifer help me. Jennifer was the most helpful person I had the pleasure to work with in any company in years. She helped transfer my phone over, and figure out my other issues. I would highly recommend going by her before wasting your time calling. I can't say enough good things.”
