“Have always had a good experience with this shop, even when he was not able to solve my unique issue with one particular firearm with a Boyds stock fitment problem, he was very honest and forthcoming. Barrel threading is a fair price and QUICK turn-around time compared to others.”

“I am a longtime shooter and gun owner. I have done business with many shops, and after dealing with Shepherd Arms, and especially Steve, I won't be going anywhere else! He is extremely knowledgeable and patient when answering questions. I have now bought several firearms there and have recommended the shop, especially Steve, to my shooting friends and fellow members of the two shooting ranges I belong to. When you stop in, trust me, you will be well taken care of!! LC”

“This was my third visit and my first since buying a membership, and just like the first two times, this was awesome. They typically have at least two people working this location and I've had fantastic experiences with everyone I've met. Joe and Dave today were behind the counter, and I mostly dealt with Joe as he handled my multiple rentals and was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly when it came to all the questions I had. It's really well stocked, providing most everything you could need in terms of gear or accessories, and there was a good selection of rental options. The ranges themselves are really well kept and they have an option of 4 short lanes, or about 8 lanes in their long range room which you can see right as you come in. A nice touch as well, is you can reserve lanes and rent guns without a WI ID. I moved recently from NY, a state with very strict gun laws, and had no problem not only renting, but signing up for a membership until I can get my WI ID. And for those who only have the paper ID while they wait for their photo one to come in, they confirmed you can still purchase a firearm no problem. All in all, I had a fantastic experience. TLDR: Great team, great range, great time.”

“Never had any issues when coming here. I can always find help or products I am looking for. Parking is a little weird, especially hard to find parking when they are super super busy.”

“Just had such a phenomenal experience with Sean. Everyone there does such a great job taking care of you, but he absolutely went above and beyond today. Not only did he perform amazing work in a very short amount of time for me, but he also educated me a ton. I couldn’t be more excited to get out and try my rifle now. Thank you!!”

“Calvin in the shoe department was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in helping me purchase a new pair of Hoka shoes. It was a very busy Saturday afternoon and he effectively delegated his time with all the customers within that area.”

“I’m honestly still in awe at how amazing this company is! They’re beyond helpful and every single employee is friendly. My Dad passed and I had no idea what to do with his gun collection. These guys were at my place two days later and not only walked us through everything, but made sure the collection was taken safely and gave us a fair amount. I highly recommend!”

“I love this store because it is our only real sports store in the area, but also because you can find some pretty great deals. Their clothing selection is pretty large here which is nice, all types of clothing for active people and even just comfortable lounging clothes. I also came across a couple brands that I could only find here and my son really loves that brand so its great that its close by. Sometimes its hard to find someone to help you but when you do they are always friendly and willing to help.”

“Absolutely fantastic store. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The store is clean and well lit, very well organized. Julie, the manager, made a trying experience with a short stocked item into a great experience. My local stores were less than helpful with finding something in the current flyer, but the Brookfield store was amazing to deal with. Kyle finished things just as great as the rest of the experience. I am over an hour away and will gladly make the drive from now on.”

“This Fleet Farm has the best service and has had the best service of any Fleet Farm I have ever been to and I have been shopping here my entire life. The people here are kind, helpful and the store is always perfect. The service from the Auto Center set the bar for all other service centers. This is as good as it gets. I am very happy with the service I received here and I will continue coming back for another 30 years!!!”
