“All in all I have no complaints other than I never got an email for 20 percent off for being a first time customer it’s ok the lady at the front desk was able to help with that plus I never got a text saying my item was ready for pick up again no big deal just had to call to see if it was ready and it was overal 4/5 stars”

“I’ve been going to this dry cleaner since I moved to WI 10 years ago. My garments always come back free of any stains (red wine, etc.) and clean. They do excellent work and are friendly. They used to be right around the corner from my house in Elm Grove, now I drive 20 minutes to drop my clothes off because I trust them to take great care of my clothing.”

“I have a soft spot for this place as it was a staple in my childhood. To go back as an adult, brings back major feelings of nostalgia. The place is always clean and the machines rock! My laundry smells so good! However- it would be nice to ditch the quarters only method and get machines that work with the swipe of a debit card. Also- while I appreciate the little machine with individual soaps, bleaches, etc in the store, I can't tell you how many times I've put money in tere to get either some OxiClean or some dryer sheets, and nothing comes out. And there's no way to get that dollar back. Granted it's only a dollar but it's the principal. If you pay for something, no matter how small the price, you should get what you paid for.”

“So many machines!!! The triple load washer is $5.50 and up depending on the cycle. The dryers are 1 quarter for 6 minutes. The washers spun the stuff out so well they dried in less than 30 minutes.”
“I would give 10 stars if I could. I bought a very old coat at a Goodwill store and it was NASTY. Smelled like a wet attic, great big stain down the sleeve. It was so beautiful, but I was worried it was a lost cause -- especially because it didn't have a care label! The staff at the Brookfield Klinke took such good care of this coat. It came out SPOTLESS. They talked me through the whole process, the potential risks, and asked for extra time to really give the whole thing a good once over. And it was well worth it! Thank you so much for helping me save this fabulous vintage find!!!!!!”
“A good and reliable option for dry cleaning in Waukesha. I wish their hours were a bit more convenient for folks that work normal business hours during the week, but they do offer a number of easy drop off and pick up options. They turn items around quickly, and will send updates when your items are ready. Everything has always been nice and clean, and done on time. They are on the pricier side for dry cleaning, but not unreasonable and are consistent.”
