“Hey people new ownership met people they seem pretty nice The first month after takeover seem pretty clean better than what it had become. But now with the colder weather have noticed vagrants hiding in the back laundromat sleeping a sure hope they stay on top of this keeping the place clean and running these other people off that don't belong”
