“Great local hardware store with Stihl and Ariens top quality products. Competitively priced but the real value is their people. Very involved owners/management, Don in Stihl Sales, the helpful folks up front, the knowledgeable and helpful staff on the floor, and SuperStar Alan in the workshop. He’s the best small engine tech in Lake Country! Rates are very reasonable and his work is top notch. Has great advice after the fact for us weekend warriors with chainsaws in our hands! Five stars!”

“We had a tight timeline for a hearth, as we’re getting carpet and didn’t realize until late that we would need a hearth. Tony worked with our timeline and was able to get our hearth sourced and cut with a very quick turnaround. The whole team was very kind and executed perfectly. “This was a unique store! I was struck by the wide variety of items. There was everything from bird seed to clothing!! There was a pretty good selection of plants in the greenhouse. There was also an outdoor greenhouse that I didn't visit. There was an entire aisle of fairy garden items. 🧚♀✨🌸 The items were pricey but looked to be high quality. There was outdoor furniture and lots of garden and patio merchandise. There was also a lot of seasonal decor. The people working were kind and friendly. I bought several house plants that were lovely - healthy and reasonably priced. Overall, I found the merchandise to be more expensive than other similar stores, but I also enjoyed finding lower priced items on clearance. There was also quite a variety and seemingly good quality overall. 🪴”

“I was shopping at Home Depot at Menomonee Falls today 8-29. As I pushed my cart past the appliance section a young man named Marlin asked if he could help me. I said I’m looking for some toilet seals for a Koehler. He said aisle 29, left side, third section at the bottom. I headed that direction and yes the item was exactly where he said. I could not believe it. I’m 70 years old and have never seen an employee that knew his store that well. All with a friendly smile. Amazing employee!!!”
“The good, the bad, and the amazing. The end was pretty cool! This review only involves this particular Walmart only as the destination component of an entire transaction. Huh? The Good: I've been looking for a particular piece of photographic equipment, and it turned out that Walmart had the device online and the best price I could find anywhere. It is not stocked instore, so I pulled the trigger and ordered it. The online ordering system is easy to use and was completed very quickly. The Bad: I could choose between pickup at a store, scheduled today, Friday. I could opt for home delivery, but that would be next Monday, over the weekend, eight days total time. The bad? I ordered the piece on Sunday, the delivery was promised to the store in five days. Compare that to a similar order I placed at the same time, with a superstore in New York. It arrived at my home on Wednesday, only three days. Walmart's time frame was frustrating, but I suppose that's part of the good price. The Amazing: I walked into Walmart and walked up to a tall, orange tower that almost reaches the ceiling. (I happen to know its nickname, but since it's a copyrighted name, I'll just call it Fred.) Fred has a smoked glass cover that slightly obscures a monitor screen. There is no one around. As you approach Fred, er, the tower, the smoked glass panel opens up and the screen welcomes you to Walmart. If you were sent a QR Code to your phone that identifies your order, Fred will scan it. I didn't have a Qr code but did have a confirmation number. Fred popped up a keyboard and I typed in my order code. After Fred had my code, I could hear some machinery running and in seconds, a light came on behind another smoked glass door. Voila! There was my package! The smoked glass door popped open and my order slid forward for me to take it. Overall rating: Price: Five stars. Ease of ordering online: Five stars. Time to delivery: Three stars. Ease of pickup: Five stars. Tower: Pretty cool!”
“I had the great fortune to get assistance from Jordan at this Home Depot. Jordan was unbelievably helpful and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions with a smile and was such a pleasant young man. From now on, I will only go to this Home Depot if I can find employees like Jordan who care about their customers. Jordan should get Employee of the Year!”

“I had ceiling tiles delivered and saw by the UPS notification that they had arrived. I spoke to Heidi about needing them to be updated as delivered in Home Depot's computer so I could pick them up ASAP, since I had a worker here ready to install them. Heidi was super helpful making it happen; called me back shortly to say I could pick them up. When I got to the service desk it was super busy with customers. When it was my turn, Barbara was very helpful and very polite with a crabby customer waiting behind me. Barbara and Heidi helped my carry out my order and provided excellent customer service. Thank you!”
“I'm a 61 year old woman who is not a do-it-yourselfer, lol, I was looking for a specific product and it was on the total opposite end of the building. One young man helped me find what I thought I was looking for but when I went to check it out the price was more than it was on my search. So another gentleman went and found the product for me and it was exactly what I was looking for. Home Depot is huge and totally overwhelming for someone like me but I have to say they have the most kind and helpful staff that I have run across in a long time?”
“Love love love the yard art here! So many pieces, so little time! My personal fav are the Solar powered pieces that have cute light up designs on them. I'm more of a tattoos and all black girl, and there were several killer pieces that weren't your basic, butterflies and globes, garden inspo.
Owner was super cool and friendly too! Shop with confidence! (Even if you can't afford much, it's nice to come out on a warm day and peruse all the different designs)”
