They fixed it quickly, for less than the other shop had quoted me. They made sure I had a quality repair, communicated well throughout the process, and even made sure I had my car back before the weekend so I didn't need to wait until Monday to get it. I will be coming back here!”

“I had a problem with a stuck thermostat. No charge. A year ago I took my high mileage GMC truck to ETE to replace my rear shocks and when I got the bill it was about 15% lower than the estimate I received from the dealership. Same parts, but ETE cares about their customers. The dealership had done a valve job on the left side of the engine. Last summer ETE did the right side. Identical work and guess what…the bill was almost $1000 less than the dealership for identical work. Last week my emission check light went on. ETE fixed it. It was only a loose hose connection. Small diagnostic cost, no repair cost. I have never encountered better mechanical service in all my years of high mileage driving. Better yet, their ethics match their expertise. I highly recommend ETE If you want expert repair at a reasonable cost. JJF”

“I was traveling from out of town when my auto kept stalling while driving. I just happened to pull into the Shell station and saw Max Auto at 5pm on a Thursday. I stopped in to ask if they could help and explained that I was out of town traveling with my 4 kids. They stopped what they were doing and checked under the hood to find the alternator had gone bad. These amazing guys worked to help me in every way! They were honest and did not take advantage of the situation. Two of the guys replaced the alternator in under two hours and had me back on my way home . I cannot thank them enough! Go there!!!!”

“Jeff and his team were able to resolve a nagging issue with the active suspension system on my 2018 Mercedes Benz GLE 43 AMG. They identified the source of the problem and followed a Mercedes technical bulletin to resolve it. Communication was great throughout and the price at the end was very reasonable. I've driving it for almost two weeks since the repair and the problem is completely resolved! I will definitely go back to Nelson's Automotive for future repair and service needs.”

“My mechanic referred me here because I wanted to have my transmission fluid changed/filled which requires special tools to do it RIGHT. All World beat the price of other places by a LOT! It was less than $200 total and did it ight the FIRST time! They called because they noticed a leak in the line (which I knew about) and offered to repair it, for a fee of course, but I declined. Apprently they do a mini- inspection on the cars they repair and made sure to note that my air cleaner was very dirty and both my rear license plate light were out which I picked up on the way home. I change my oil every 5000 miles; why didn't they notice these same things? They didn't JUST happen! Yes, I highly recommend All World Transmission.”

“When I tell you I am blessed, I mean BLESSED. Garrett and the team at Silver Lake did everything they could to help me out with my hoopty of a 2010 Focus. Initially thinking I had one snapped tierod it turns out I have two that needed to be replaced with a specific rubber piece that was discontinued years ago. From the honesty to the integrity to hunting down discontinued parts, then the blessing of my ‘due balance’ — they went out of their way to make sure my car was back to me in working order the SAME day. I was always hopeful it’d work out, and then it did in certain and I can not thank them all enough. I am not a well-to-do professional, I’m a struggling but hopeful and optimistic late-bloomer and they saw as being deserving of their mercy. They have no idea the positive impact this entire experience has had on me. It’s been an emotional day, I couldn’t be any more blessed to have had Silver Lake fall into my lap from a simple “car shops near me” search. I saw the reviews, took a chance, and ended up white knuckled crying before I drove off. My car is running beautifully, driving great, and you can feel the safety and care in mind in the drive.
