“I’ve come here a handful of times over the years, and I’ve meant to leave this review sooner. I stopped in one rainy day very sad, and looking for something to help my dog who had recently begun having seizures. The employee was amazingly kind, and I wish I remembered his name. He was also very empathetic. I left with some CBD oil, which I did give my dog, however she did end up passing fairly soon after my visit, once it was discovered she had cancer. That same employee reached out via email wishing me and my dog the best, and reiterated that he and the other employees were there to help if we needed anything. It’s an act of kindness I think of frequently, over two years later. I am sorry it took me so long to leave this review, but I am forever grateful for the genuine human kindness I experienced, and the quality of your products.”

“Past reviews no longer reflect this store! There is new management as of just 3 weeks ago, and they have been absolutely incredible.
We had the pleasure of working with Rochelle on our purchase, and she was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible. She took the time to walk us through all of the different products we were considering and helped us find the right fit for our needs.
She also explained their membership options and was truly one of the best no-pressure salespeople we’ve ever worked with. She knew more about the products and options than most people we’ve encountered at other stores, and we never felt rushed or pressured.
The store is currently in the process of resetting products and making improvements, but the new team is clearly working hard to provide an excellent customer experience and take care of everyone who walks through the door.

“I have been going here for years, and I can safely say this is the only place I will ever buy my products from. I want to shout out their employees as well, they are all so kind. But one in particular just is always super amazing- Maddie! She always has a smile on her face, greets me with a warm hello as soon as I open the door, and is also very knowledgeable about the products. She even remembers what product(s) I like before I even ask!! She works so incredibly hard, and I would like to make that known to the owners or her boss! If it wasn’t for the awesome employees like Maddie, I would be finding a shop closer to home. Keep up the great work Lake County Botanics!”
