My family and friends know all about Pat's, because they enjoy the meats when they visit my home.Absolutely EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT!On a side note, and only my opinion... Do not buy the Pats Sausage at BUSHYS in Independence, WI. They have way way way over spiced it and it should be noted that it is spicy HOT! I cannot eat spicy without getting anaphylaxis and cannot breathe. So, just be careful of your sensitive to hot spices.”

“I purchased a variety of items and they were all great accept the breakfast pork links. I haven't found a breakfast sausage that wasn't delicious until now. The whole family thought the spice notes were way off while cooking them and the taste was off just as much. This won't stop me from buying there again as the rest was great.”
