“The kids & I love stopping here cashier was very nice, polite & also sweetheart! After daughter used bathroom I picked put some travel games & kids each toy item & while checking out my daughter pointed out how there was a wasp in the window.. so I smashed the wasp w/ a lighter at the counter I was buying atm & the lady thanked me, then after we paid 4 our things she asked if she could give her a treat?! I said sure but her brother was also with us so asked if he could have 1 too?! So she comes out w/ a bomb popsicle& a push-up pop!! We thought that was SO SWEET OF HER especially since it was 95°+ out atm too!!”

“Great service and prices on gas. I usually stop at this gas station when getting gas. It is usually the cheapest in town. Plus open 24/7 if paying with card. I like how they have free popcorn during business hours.”

“First of all, thank you Richard, for agreeing to meet my son in the parking lot of his campus to jump his car and replace the battery if it needs it. I've been fighting with AAA to get someone out there with no luck so after all that frustration, you pleasantly calmed me down saying no problem, we'll meet him there at 4!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Other parents with Triple AAA -- Long's is the place to go. Hopefully AAA stands by their word that they will reimburse me if I can find the car care needed.”

“I left the gas station and realized my key fob quit working and Jake offered his help. He used his own battery from his fob to see if it would work and walked out to my car with me. When that didn't do the trick, he noticed my window was cracked and somehow it was just enough for him to put his arm in there and pull the lock open! He definitely went the extra mile and was just so friendly. You are lucky to have Jake from Platteville Kwik Trip as an employee! Thank you!”
