“I had to return my old phone , and we had missed a few step of properly turning off the “ find my phone” . This created other obstacles to return it . Austin was so oatient as I was so confused on what to do . He took the time to help me , wait for my phone to reload , I had to create a new password ( thats never easy ) and comolete the process .
