“I cannot recommend this Pleasant Prairie AT&T enough, specifically due to Employee Dan. I came in with a broken iPhone 16 Pro Max 1TB that I’d paid for outright a month ago elsewhere (no insurance), and I was honestly incredibly stressed and on edge. Dan went above and beyond, staying past closing hours to work through the situation with me, explaining policies, and exchanging great tips and info about their services! I ended up walking out with a working 17 Pro Max (insured this time lol). His patience and dedication to helping a customer in a tough spot were top-tier. If you want someone who actually cares, ask for Dan!”
