“I had to return my old phone , and we had missed a few step of properly turning off the “ find my phone” . This created other obstacles to return it . Austin was so oatient as I was so confused on what to do . He took the time to help me , wait for my phone to reload , I had to create a new password ( thats never easy ) and comolete the process . What was going to be a very frustrating task for me , Austin made very pleasant and I left smiling ear to ear. The other staff were also very welcoming and helpful . This was the best verizon experience I’ve had in years. Will return when we need too !! Thank you Austin !!”
