“Once again, I had 2 really awesome in store experiences and I’d like to talk about two employees.
Since stitching to T-Mobile from US Cellular, it has been confusing to say the least and kind of a pain for everyone.
I wanted to change some things on my phone plan, and I had a bunch of other questions. Kathy and Rosemary were the two T-Mobile store associates that helped me. Kathy and Rosemary were both incredible, and extremely patient with me.
Their customer service is on point!
