“I stopped in looking for a new rear windshield wiper. They stated they had it, but weren’t sure if they could install it for me because many now require a complete blade removal. Before having me purchase, they checked to make sure that they could install it for me. It turns out, they were able to install it! It was done in a matter of seconds, and saved me tons from having to purchase elsewhere and pay fees.”
“While it is never great to have to bring a car in for repair the Manders staff at the Cedarburg location always does a top notch job. I have had to use the facility 3 times for different cars and have never had to bring a car back because it was not done right the first time. Crystal and the receptionist were very professional and easy to work with.”

The best in town and like many of the reviews say- they fix what needs to be fixed or will call you and recommend you get something fixed that you didn’t originally go in for. If they think something can wait they’ll tell you that and not feel like you’re going to be stranded if you don’t do it now. The way car repair shops should be.”

“I was referred to this company and once I got there I immediately knew why. I didn't have to wait hours or days for a quote. My repair wasn't large, but I was still happy to have it right away. Within 10 minutes I had my quote and I was very impressed. They ordered the part and scheduled the service. Once my vehicle was done they called to tell me it's ready and also let me know that my bill ended up being significantly less than originally quoted. If a company is willing to be this honest and there work is top notch, why would you want to go anywhere else? I am highly impressed with everything. “I went in search of this mechanic because of a coupon welcoming me to Grafton. I was able to get a discounted oil change and check out the services of a local vendor. Spending my money in my local community is extremely important to me so I was happy to get a coupon inviting me to seek out this business. Oddly enough, my oil light came on this morning and I had nothing else to do so Sir Buddy and I hiked in the car and went for a little adventure.
With the help of the British man in the box, Mr. GPS, I drove right to the shop. It's located in an out of the way place but it's obvious that it's an auto repair shop! From the outside, it looked closed but the door was open and I found nothing but friendliness and professionalism inside!!!
They took my car immediately, changed the oil, and sent me and Sir Buddy on our way. Their pricing was fair. The shop was clean and comfortable. The workers were efficient and professional. Best of all, this business is one of the few (in Grafton) that welcomed me to the community and sought out my business. For that, I am grateful.
It's hard, when you move to a new community, to find places to get things done. I needed my oil changed and I had no idea where to go in Grafton! I had an appointment with a mechanic in my old neighborhood but I was very happy to find a place in my new community! Spending my money locally is a big priority with me. I want to encourage businesses to build and thrive wherever I live.
