“Walked in and immediately greeted by a friendly sales clerk. She asked if we were looking for anything in particular. Helped us look for the proper softball helmet. She was so helpful. Neither of us know anything about sofball so having a knowledgeable person explain things was crucial. We would have bought a baseball helmet had she not explained the difference.
