She walked my girlfriend through every step of opening a FedEx account and creating a complicated shipping label situation involving a valuable item she left in another country. I'm highly impressed at how knowledgeable and kind she was.”

I always have a positive, pleasant experience there. Barb always gives me all options for shipping, how much each will cost and what the estimated delivery date will be. She has been able to tell me if there are any problems with a specific carrier in a particular area. She tells me when my package will leave her store. I trust her word implicitly. She does a great job running a very busy business. I was appalled at the negative reviews posted on Yelp and Google, especially those written by folks who let their personal biases or prejudgements get in the way of what could otherwise be a positive experience.”
“Delivered here the day after New Years so it took a while for the staff to show up (they werent expecting a delivery, no blame there) but its a family operation so everyone was very friendly, and they showed my dog all the love. Would love to deliver here again (on a normal day lol)”

“I was involved in an accident tonight and two tow trucks showed up . Floyds Towing chose to tow my vehicle. The driver Brian W had exceptional customer service skills as well as a good heart. He made sure I was ok by allowing me to sit in tow truck until my ride came not settling for leaving me at the gas station to wait for my ride. He wanted to make sure I was safe and I really appreciated that!! Very Patriotic!! It goes to show you there are still some caring people out here.
