“Just got fender redone on a 2024 Ram 1500. The paint was correctly matched, but the fender itself is not aligned correctly to the lines of the hood. Also the fender is a flat black underneath the hood, the replaced fender is painted the same as the outside of the fender. So, technically, it is not factory correct. There were some details that were clearly missed. Would I go back to them? Probably not. Total cost was about $2,000 and I feel that isn't justified for what was returned me.”

“I brought my zero turn mower and Stihl brush cutter to get repaired. Both ran very poorly when I dropped them off. Vern gave me an estimated time when they would be done. I surprisingly received a text that they were done. Exactly in the time-frame he gave me. Vern did an excellent job with both, and the price was fair. I will definitely be doing more business with Sauk County Power and Sport in the future. Vern was very professional and a pleasure to deal with.”

“Brady was amazing to work with! He was promt, came the next day to measure my window, and then a few days later was back to replace it. He took the window out, and to his truck and replaced it right in my driveway. Took less then an hour and left absolutely no mess behind.

“Was in the store on 04/02/2020 around 1:15 pm. Was looking for something simple but didn't know the size. Had been at another parts store down the street and they couldn't be bothered to help me find the size I needed. The woman, who was the only one in the store working at the time, was more than willing to help me. Even with the social distancing crisis, she was more than willing to come to my car and get the right size for me. That is the true meaning of customer service. I may wind up paying a little more in the long run, but I will be returning for my next auto needs. Keep up the great work!!!!!”
“I brought in my 2019 Jeep Cherokee that was having an electrical problem and causing the check engine light and several other warning lights to go on and off intermittently. They troubleshot the problem and got it fixed. No more issues!”

“After getting codes read and cleared from a local parts store, my car wouldn't start again after it got shut off outside of city hall. I tried calling various places a shortly before, at and after 6pm. Anthony was the only person to speak with me from any of the local Reedsburg service centers that I tried. My car was looked at and running again by the end of day the next day. Anthony was extremely straightforward and would not give any fluff or false answers when there simply weren't any to be found due to car computer memory wipe from extended dead battery. Anthony is honest, and the folks I met at Superior Automotive in Reedsburg were very nice. The office cats Jinx and Karma were So cute and Super lovey. I don't know about other folks, but I trust an automotive shop with animals more than one without.”
