“I came in with a cracked/spidering screen and back of phone. He took the time to give me options for a local repair, discussed pricing as well as my turn in pricing very well and took the time to make sure I understood what I was buying. I appreciated how he gave me options and showed me options but didn't push me to purchase something more than what I was planning on purchasing. He was friendly, patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. As well as thoroughly explained the plan I was on and options thoroughly to benefit my lifestyle.”

“Becca at the Rhinelander store was an absolute delight to have help set up my new phone and transfer everything over from my old phone to my new phone. Totally painless!!! She has to put up with a lot. She was the only worker there when I was. She made it a delight. I'm glad that I chose AT&T in Rhinlander”
