I call first but it seems complicated discussing about it so I decided to go to the store in person. They were able to help me in person to get job done. It made me feel more relief and I had confident that they'll get it right. I waited a day and they call me to come pick up the custom photos that I requested and it was AMAZING! The quality was perfect. It was the exact dimensions I wanted too. As a new customer, I will be returning back in the near future! The communication was great! I love the results so much. “Come in off Sussex on the east side of the building and park in the truck staging area. Ok to park overnight, potopotties on lot. Driver check in is the door right across from the lot. Go in and straight ahead up the stairs. Read the signs and follow the directions (basically don't approach the window until you're called) and you'll get your dock assignment. Pretty much the same as all the other reviews, which I'm glad I read before coming because I would have gone to the wrong spot and been all confused ?
Lady at the desk was super nice, loading was fairly quick, good amount of space to get into the docks. If you're picking up recycled paper, be ready for a messy trailer!”
“I've been to the Fed Ex/Kinkos in Menomonee Falls several times to use their self-service copy/scan/fax machines. The manager and staff person that have been there each visit have been personable and helpful. I left my credit card at home once and they were able to give me a code to use and then I could pay with cash. If you come after 5:00 pm or do you should expect to run into delivery person with large numbers of packages. This is the nature of the business.”
“I waited outside for my package. By the time I drove my vehicle around to the front of the building the FedEx truck was coming. I was able to get my package right after the driver took the picture.”

“My experience was a great one. Got there at 7am when they start and checked in with a 9am appointment and was out by 7:45am. Receiver had a pleasant and professional attitude. Will definitely come back.”
