Andy came through like a champ. Yes, a few were in bad shape but he was able to glean so much from each media I sent him, she was just amazed. Other than the surprise party it was her favorite gift. He packed them up carefully to ship back, like they were his own treasures. Very thoughtful. Andy I just can’t thank you enough. You came through for us and on time too! “I called during the first minute that they opened and asked for a large print job for a 4th of July parade that was happening in a few hours they not only got it done for me from a horrible Canva design to a large banner job . They also saved my behind on the candy front. Who knew they sold candy that serves well for tossing at spectators of said parade. OFFICE MAX YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!! I will never use the other guys for my print jobs as long as you’re around . Big shout out to Jake holding it down in the Front of the house and Adrian in the Print Center perfect execution on getting things done !!!!!”

“Come in off Sussex on the east side of the building and park in the truck staging area. Ok to park overnight, potopotties on lot. Driver check in is the door right across from the lot. Go in and straight ahead up the stairs. Read the signs and follow the directions (basically don't approach the window until you're called) and you'll get your dock assignment. Pretty much the same as all the other reviews, which I'm glad I read before coming because I would have gone to the wrong spot and been all confused ? Lady at the desk was super nice, loading was fairly quick, good amount of space to get into the docks. If you're picking up recycled paper, be ready for a messy trailer!”

“had an Amazon return to drop off. All I needed was the item and the barcode, and they took care of the rest. The staff member helping me did a great job. I received a friendly greeting, the handoff was quick and easy, and I had my receipt in just a couple of minutes. The hardest part of the whole experience was figuring out how to get into the parking lot. Because of the location and its proximity to several other businesses, the route in and out is a bit bizarre. I was lucky and only had to make two U-turns before I finally found my way there!”

“This isnt a standard Fed Ex location. I was sent here from the Pewaukee Location. You'll be sent here if your returning a large or heavy package but first you must go to regular location to get labels as they do not have a typical store at this location. When you get there go to the security building and explain to the security guard why you are there. He will then show you were to go and an employee of the warehouse will help take package. Impressive operation and was in and out in a couple of minutes.”
