This, i do not mind, but if you need that aspect, then maybe go somewhere else that charges and arm and a leg. I actually like the privacy and access. “I've been a customer for several years now. Customer service is very good. They process my payment right off my card every month. They have units of different sizes, some with a loft space that actually give you a lot of extra space for your money. Buildings are well maintained. Although it's not a gated/fenced property, there are lots of cameras and the local police do patrols. Snow removal is prompt in the winter. Prices are fair and competitive.”

“We rented a 10x30 unit while our home was under construction. It was a new storage facility and I believe we were the first to have this unit. The location was very convenient to the new house and the rates were half the price of comparable units near our existing home in Waukesha. We did 12 months initially and were appreciative that we could extend the rental on a monthly basis until we were ready to move in. The rate did increase after 12 months, though still reasonable. The initial rental and moving out processes were seamless. If we ever need storage again I wouldn't hesitate to use this location.”
“Best price around! which would explain why I can't get the size storage I wanted. I got a smaller one for now. I put myself on the waiting list for a bigger one when it becomes available. Keep the prices low and you'll always be full. Oh, seen like nice people too.”
“The only reason this self storage facility doesn't have a 5- star rating is all the garbage that lays around and the 5' weeds along the fence. I send my kids to pick up trash around. This of course isn't the facilities fault. It's the disgusting people who feel it's ok to throw tires, wrappers and whatever other trash they are to lazy to dispose of properly. My husband takes a weed whacker when the weeds reach the top of the fence and walks down the fence line. We should get a discount for the upkeep we have helped with the last 2 years we've had a unit ;) aside from that it's a great place! When you call there is always a friendly voice on the other end of the line. If anything is broken it's fixed immediately. The automatic door was broken and was fixed a few hours later. Units are dry. Great place.”
