“I really miss the owners of Germantown Storage. The reason I got the storage unit at this location based on temperature control and you the garage drive up. You can drive into the building to drop off or pick up loads no matter what the weather. I am really happy to have those perks. However I prefer dealing with Germantown Storage vs the Store Space self storage company. Germantown was a smaller company and more personable.”

“This is a wonderful clean and well designed facility. The customer service is also excellent. I was given a spot in an unpaved area, and within 15 minutes of calling I was given a new locker. My only complaint is that the gate is close to the road and feels a little dangerous, but I imagine the owner will move it in the future once the back is finished.”
