“I’m from Chicago and my van broke down in Germantown WI. A guy in the store i was shopping at suggested Richfield Service. I first tried to call my Allstate roadside assistance with a wait of 2 hrs! So i called Richfield. They let me know they were booked. They could tow me but only a slight chance they would be able to get to me that day. Not alot of options so i took a chance.Within 15 minutes! the tow driver came and REALLY gave a valiant effort to get the van started right there! However i needed to be towed back to the shop. They again let me know they might not be able to get to me that afternoon but feel free to hang out in the waiting area—-coffee and tea bar!!! They even lent me a plug to charge my phone. Since i’m from Chicago i expected i’d have to get a room somewhere for the night....dread! Then i hear ‘Rod we got your van started’ !! And the whole ordeal for UNDER $100!!!!! What!?? Can’t say enough good things about everyone i encountered here!! Very friendly (especially the tow driver don’t remember his name). I was back home in Chicago by 4:30pm!!! THANKS AGAIN!!!!”

“I am absolutely impressed with the customer service that Laubenheimers provides. Friendly, courteous, experienced, helpful, knowledgeable and so accomodating. Got rear ended and the responsible party asked if they could pay out of pocket and not go through insurance. I agreed. Laubenheimers was the third company I went to for a quote. Other companies took 30 seconds to lool at damage and barely looked under the car. Both quotes were under 2k. Mike at Laubenheimers actually put my car on the life and did a thorough examination. Found something with my dual exhaust that was damaged that no one else quoted repair for. If I had gone with another company, I might have only received payment for the items quoted and would have jad to pay oit of my own pocket for the remaining repairs. “Awesome service had my truck rebuilt from a different shop(studded and deleted new gaskets everywhere) After I got my truck back after a week it started pouring oil out. Called untouchables and got me in that day and fixed the leak that day. Week later had crank no start. Called untouchables again and Sean came towed my truck and fixed it next day. They have been nothing but respectful fast and reliable. Am going to refer more people. Really happy with the service”
