“I purchased a deep cell marine battery today in the Hudson. Jen was very helpful. I saw an online discount that she gave me as an in-store discount. I asked for a cart to move the very heavy marine battery to my vehicle. She picked it up, delivered to my car and carried the old one back in the store. Thank you Jen!

“Thanks to who I believe was Kevin, the store did not have the pads that was advertised on line so Kevin offered the next level pad for the same price, the manager came up to to observe the transaction and wanted to look for the pads, eventually saying we can order them and have them tomorrow. Kevin understood that I did not come to the store to order pads for nextday pickup
Unlike the manager Kevin was thinking of the customer and I left happy which all good managers should strive for.”
