“Matt was awesome. From the moment we walked in, you could tell he genuinely wanted to help us resolve the issue and he went out of his way to make sure we didn't spend money on unnecessary parts or fixes.
You can tell he truly cares. While we were working on the car in the parking lot, Matt came outside to check on us. He kindly let us know that the store was closing and warned us that the parking lot lights were automatically scheduled to turn off 15 minutes after closing so we wouldn't be left in the dark. I so appreciate his honesty, and proactive customer service. We will definitely be back.”
“This O'Reilly is clean, well stocked, and well staffed. Whitney and Jameson are especially helpful whenever I am looking for something oddly specific to fix whatever I broke this time. I choose to check here for what I need before shopping online because they're so helpful and easy-going.”
“I just went to O'Reilly in Oak Park heights, I was helped out by what I'm assuming was the manager. I won't go into detail, but I've never been treated with such kindness, especially when it comes to something I know nothing about. They could have taken advantage and he helped me so much. I highly, highly recommend. Thank you!”

“I stopped in to have my battery replaced in my 2019 GMC Truck.
Jen took my old battery out and installed the new battery in about 30 minutes. That lady is a hard worker and she knows her biz.
Excellent job well done !
