“The River Falls location is a convenient location on the north end of the town.
The store is always nicely cleaned, freshly/fully stocked with groceries.
The atmosphere is always welcoming.
They have a lot of self checkouts and also a few regular checkouts.
This is an absolutely great grocery store!”
“This store is always absolutely clean and employees are polite and know the right way to bag groceries. Produce costs a bit more, but this is a local owner with less buying power than the big chains.”
“I grew up in New Richmond and have gone to this store through all its change of names and owners. I visit from out of state and my mother uses the store pharmacy. The store is clean and has always had a friendly atmosphere. Unfortunately, today an employee stationed at the self-checkout must have been having a bad day. I thought that the employee is not only there to make sure the customer doesn’t shoplift/fail to pay, but to provide FRIENDLY assistance to the shopper. That was not the case today. Commanding, displaying impatience was not helpful. As I said, he must of been having a bad day. Surely the employees are trained in appropriate customer assistance practices.”

I self checked out , forgot a bag of my items at the checkout. I went back with my reciept and the had it at the customer service dept. Matched reciepts and sent me on my way with my bag. Got home , realized I left my cell phone in the cart. Went back and Customer Service had it to. So Thank you whoever turned them in and Thanks Walmart for keeping them safe for me to pick up.”

Their meat counter is wonderful, with high quality meats and seafood.
I just had their sushi for lunch today, and it was so fresh, the salmon was so buttery and silky! Yum!
Everyone that works there is always so helpful and kind, it feels like one of those small neighborhood mom and pop grocery stores from when I was younger.”

“Friendly staff, I've stopped in here a few times. Store is clean, well organized.
I was surprised at how many grocery items they have.
If no one is up front when you head to the check out, (it looks like the employee has to stock shelves when no one is at the register) they have a bell to ring.
I do not have their app, but I know people who get extra deals / savings with it.”
“Great mid sized local grocery store. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of products and are convenient for Somerset residents. They can't compete on price with large stores like Cub, Walmart or Target.”
“We've had good luck here since ShopKo closed. As a former pharmacy tech, I knew Family Fresh was the next best option in RF. They are on top of returning medications filled a week ago to stock, which is my own fault for forgetting to pick them up. They are helpful in answering questions and addressing concerns. Keep up the good work!”
