“This family that runs this establishment is an awesome group of people. Always willing to help out in any which way and always give me cooking ideas to use at home. They also have the best homemade spicy sauce packed with flavor for your egg rolls. I recommend trying it at your own risk though”

“I enjoy shopping ALDI stores usually but there are times I can feel frustrated for them and me. This is not a location I frequent, but it was the last one between me and my destination. I ran in with my shopping list to pickup the couple items I need for the 4th of July and weekend.
Oh my, the store was pretty empty. I could only pick up 2 things on my list. I was disappointed to say the least. I now needed to come up with an alternative plan and add time on to my trip. No worries, it's nothing that a Super Walmart or other grocery store in town can't fix.
I asked an employee if they were going to be closed for the fourth and that's why they didn't have much of anything in the store. She responded that they would be open part of the day on the 4th. She also commented that it wasn't that they didn't have inventory in the back, they just didn't have time to stock shelves during the day. The clerk that handled my transaction, reiterated the same story as I checked out.
I assume they either lack employees or their management under anticipated the amount of manpower needed to run the store that day, IDK. But, I have never been to an ALDI with such low to no inventory out on the shelves.
It was sad to learn there was fresh produce and dairy, amongst other things on the premises but not available to the customers. For one, ALDI was missing out on a lot of sales, while their competition was getting their business and two, those fresh items were losing their shelf life while not even being available to be sold.
The poor staff looked like they had more than earned their pay that day. I can only imagine how stressful it must be to work in such a demanding position.
I'm hoping this isn't usual for this location. I will stop there again to see. But if I can't rely on them having the items I need, I'll go elsewhere and not waste my time stopping in.
Another observation I made was, with only a handful of people in the store, the first employee I spoke to walked through the store calling out that they would be closing in ten minutes. Which would be 20 minutes before their posted closing time. I thought to myself, wouldn't your last 30 minutes be better served getting out stock for those people in the store vs closing early... Hum.
As some other customers and I were making our way out of the store a couple was headed in, another customer was getting out of their car and a car was pulling into the parking lot. I thought, won't customers be surprised in about five minutes when they arrive and the doors are locked early. I would be irritated. But at least they wouldn't have to waste their time walking through the store to find out they didn't have what they wanted anyways.
I'm thankful this isn't my usual experience at Aldi stores.”
“The deli food is unbelievably delicious. Our favorite is the pork belly, hmong sausage and sticky rice. The grocery store has so many different new things to try also!”

“This is a very convenient store! The only thing I disregard at Kwik trip is the fuel! I prefer shell. It's a much cleaner fuel. I used Kwik trip premium fuel in the 2023 Audi and after a couple months my check engine light always came on. I brought the car back to Audi and they said it's from crappy fuel. They said the Kwik trip fuel isn't very clean. I switched to shell like they said and haven't had an issue since”

“It is a great gas station that also includes many items that make it like a grocery store. They always have hot food and if the one you want is not there, dont worry everyone, it will be back soon! They also have a wide selection of donuts. They also have many different types of foods like take home meals and pudding cups, by their own brand. Overall a great place to stop and get a snack.”

“My husband and I stopped here once in a while when we were in the area.
No matter what time of the day the store is always clean and well stocked.
It has the best meat selection with specials of the day which are a great deal.
It's a well lit store.
There's a large free parking lot that has an easy entrance for all.
The one thing I have experienced is that the employees do not make eye contact with you, and if they do, they don't acknowledge you by saying hello, which is a basic customer service action.”

“I've been using their pickup services since COVID. I love it. Unfortunately the last 3 times I've picked up my groceries, I noticed a horrible smell as soon as the bags are put in my car. It smells like old or moldy ice, and the smell lasts all the way home and into the house. I think the smell is coming from the bags, which, I assume sit in a cooler/freezer until pickup time, so I don't know if the coolers/freezers are bad somehow or what the problem is. But it REALLY stinks! I called the store after the second time to let them know about it. Unfortunately, it didn't seem to do any good because the smell was still there for my pickup order today.”
“Pick n Save is one of the cleanest supermarkets I've been in. The deli and bakery are very attractive and the food is very good. The deli chicken is very tasty but could use a little less salt for seniors. Otherwise, the lines are never too long and you can get in and out quicker than some stores. I enjoy shopping there.”
“I prefer shopping here than anywhere in Wausau. The staff are incredible and so friendly. The isles are not very big, so they get congested when shopping with my kids. The organization is not exactly like other Pick N Saves. But easy to ask someone for help”
