“Downside: The room was okay, the tv was on a table lower than the bed and half the channels didn't work. Bar was a cash bar and not a large selection. Upside: Pool and hot tub was great and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and coffee was hot!Walking distance to food and stores. For the price I would definitely stay again.Walkability: There is a grocery store and restaurants walking distance to the hotel.”

“Excellent place when you are traveling with dogs.Nice size room with everything I needed with a convenient location to exit for walking dogs outside. Place provided for dogs to go potty with trash receptacles nearby. Very friendly staff, definitely will be back.”

“Stayed for 2 nights just to get away & have some me time. Desk staff was Wonderful! My only downside was I had an altercation with a rude & vulgar neighbor who wouldn't respect quiet times after 11. :-(”

“This was a port in the storm many years ago! A friend and I made a bus trip to Minnesota to see a Sants vs Vikings playoff game. On the way home to Mississippi, our bus stopped in Wassau for lunch. Before we finished lunch, the bus pulled away and left us. We were stuck with $80 in Wassau but were luckily across the street from the Budge Inn. We got out room for $40 I think, and proceeded to walk to the bus station in 8 degree weather the next morning. So much more to the story, but let's just say this place probably saved us from freezing to death that night.”
“The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed watching movies on HBO. It was quiet and I slept really well. Love having a full sized fridge and kitchen and my own toaster! The Breakfast Gal, Cindy is AMAZING! She made things that were just like homemade like Egg Bakes, Corned Beef Hash and Great Scrambled Eggs! Will stay with you again! Thanks!”
