“Great customer service from an experienced agent Alex (AJ) Elliot. I came here to upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy s10 from my very dated iphone 6s. My mother and I were greeted by Alex right away. He was very personable and made the process as smooth as it could be (there were some system errors on the store's end that came up). He explained everything, helped us get the best deal, and helped me save more money too with my trade in and 20% off accessories. Had a great time talking with Alex and feel he has an all around great character. After my phone was set up he also helped troubleshoot some service issues and wifi calling issues my mother was having.
