When I walked in to Verizon, I was greeted right away with Michelle, she was determined to get my phone activated, we ran into a few road bumps so Misha also jumped in determined. They explained my options and what discounts I could have in the future. They were very patient and understand of my situation. Mind you i have been on customer service through teen mobile all week, 3 tickets, been to the store 5 timesand have not received a solution. After road block and horrible customers service I decided to switch. Network works great and resolved my issue. I am a satisfied new Verizon customer. ( might be a little more expensive but the accommodation and customer service is worth it in my opinion)”
“Zack (I am sorry dont know how to spell his name but know it started with a Z) at the T-Mobile Store in Middleton was a life saver for me. I had an Android phone that somehow got malware on it and messed my phone up so bad that I couldn't use it. I tried deleting apps but it would not let me. I was feeling very hopeless when seeking help at another T-Mobile place. I thought that my phone was useless and didnt know what to do, and I couldn't just start over with a new phone due to cost and loosing important information. Zack kindly offered his help and abilities to get my phone operational again. He made the difference between my keeping T-Mobile rather that giving up and waiting to try another company that might have been more helpfull. A good product can be worthless unless there are Amazing and Kind people to help out when one is struggling with the product. I am so Thankful for him as my life just became manageable with his kind help. Selling a phone only meets part of a customer's needs and feelings about a company especially if they leave you hanging on helping one out with the problem areas.
