“A number of years ago, we met with Tony at the Baraboo AT&T store to discuss wireless internet service in our area. We have no other source of internet. Tony explained what his store & AT&T could do for us and was able to get us into a program that was just what we needed. After a couple of years using the AT&T service, I stopped into the store to ask a question about tower locations. Tony looked at our service; said that he could improve service and save us about $10 per month on our bill. A no brainer. We recently had to change our cell phone provider (not AT&T) because they were no longer going to provide cell service at our vacation home in ND. AT&T also does not provide service at our ND home. Our new cell provider also provides wireless internet as part of their package so we decided to cancel our AT&T service. We went to Tony, explained the issues and he immediately went to work helping us terminate our internet service. After he made numerous phone calls and provided explanations, we were able to cancel our service. Based on Tony's efforts and mannerism, we would strongly recommend anyone considering AT&T to visit with him and his staff. They are the best!!!”
