“I was out of town when my phone stopped working and had already been without it for several days. After spending time with AT&T online support, I was told to visit a store to get a new SIM card.
I arrived just two minutes before closing, expecting to be rushed or asked to come back the next day. Instead, Sam went completely above and beyond. Not once did she seem irritated or in a hurry to leave. She stayed nearly an hour after closing, patiently working through the problem and trying every possible solution.
While we weren't able to completely fix the phone because it will still need service when I get home, Sam helped me come up with a workaround that got me through the rest of my trip. Her professionalism, patience, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier.
AT&T is lucky to have an employee like Sam. Exceptional customer service like hers is rare these days, and I am incredibly grateful for her help. Thank you, Sam!”
