“I’d like to provide some constructive feedback regarding a recent checkout experience.
The cashier assisting me was polite, but unfortunately did not know how to process a gift card as a form of payment. It took several attempts before I just decided to use my credit card, and it appeared they had not been trained on this payment option.
I would encourage Walmart to ensure all cashiers receive thorough training on every payment method accepted at the register, including gift cards. Customers shouldn’t have to explain how to use a payment method that your stores offer. Comprehensive training would help transactions go more smoothly, reduce frustration for both customers and associates, and give employees greater confidence when assisting shoppers.
This isn’t meant as criticism of the cashier, but rather as feedback that additional training would benefit both your associates and your customers.”

“This is one of my absolute favorite small businesses! Going to the shops in Cedarburg has always been something my family loves to do together and this is the most beautiful, well-curated place. Keeping the shelves stocked with such pretty and eccentric pieces must be a true labor of love. I’ve found a treasure nearly every time I’ve gone! Not only is the shop gorgeous, but the staff is ALWAYS so friendly and kind. Just this New Years Eve I was able to buy a special homemade treat for my pup and some beautiful Little Women themed goodies! Give this shop a visit, it won’t disappoint!”
“I go here when there's nothing out for dinner and I need a pre prepped quick idea, or something quick. For big regular shopping, Piggly is just too expensive. But for what I use them for, they are friendly and work. In today's economy, unfortunately cost is going to win over great people every time unless you are fortunate to not have to worry about price. Then it's probably ok.”

“It was a divine shopping experience. I was greeted with free wine and cheese tasting. I bought a bottle of the sweet Riesling! Everyone that was handing out samples was extremely pleasant and fun to talk to. Plus there were no lines whatsoever! They should make the wine and cheese tasting a weekly event lol”
“Meijer in Grafton is like a super Walmart to us. They always have friendly staffs/employees. The store is always clean, organized and easy to find what you need from clothing, produce, meat to house hold supplies.”
“Great fuel station! Easy to access for busses, trucks, and cars. Very friendly and helpful staff! They have diesel and gas. Conveniently right off the freeway, and next door to the Water Street Brewery restaurant, and Marriott and Hampton Inn hotels. Very clean lot, store,, and rest rooms. Good selection of snacks - candy, sandwiches, and healthy ones, too. They even have ZOTS !”

“I like shopping here. I am not crazy about digital coupons but have my phone with me in case I didn't check one. Their milk and egg prices seem to be lower than other stores. I often buy the Kroger brand groceries. The checkout people are friendly, and I do use self-checkout at times. Just like other stores you need to check your ads for deals!”

“I love this place!!! They have hard rolls and kaiser rolls from Sheboygan. I am told they make their own sausages and they are excellent!!! The people that work here are so nice. I drive past 2 other Piggly Wighlys, a Meijer's, a Walmart and a Pick 'n Save to shop here! I am happy when I am inside this store. ❤”
