“While driving home from Wi to Illinois my car stalled at an intersection after getting gas.The Sheriff Dept called Eddie's and the tow truck was there in less than 10 minutesThe service technician Peter quickly identified the problem even though he had other work to do! Thanks!!!!Then Brittany in the office started making calls to obtain the part required a fuel pump Sadly it was coming from a warehouse from Chicago and would not arrive until the next day!She then drove me to a nearby hotel and the next morning made additional calls to see if she could find the pump! She did and it was delivered at 11:30 and a very short time Peter installed the pump and I was ready to go.Kelly another office gal came to the hotel to pick me up Kudo's to Brittany for her friendly service, quick responses and going way above and beyond Both Kelly who is training Brittany were incredible!Highly recommend!
